Problem

Open3Systems have been operating for over 11 years and have had great customer experiences when they are engaged, producing a very local customer base. However they have struggled to expand their customer base and to increase the engagement sizes from the core professional services being delivered. This is compounded by having a very limited digital presence and not being able to effectively engage with Digital Engagement Models for their Marketing and Sales.

Solution

Open3Systems engaged Framework and Phil to act as their Solution Lead. Working together on a Fractional Basis for 6 months.

This was engagement was structured with the first two months of crafting the Digital Engagement and restructuring Open3Systems Offering Portfolio. Moving then into targeted Campaigns for their highest impact target customer audiences and managing the promotion of these to drive new inbound engagements enabled through supporting actions of customer case studies and partner support.

Engaging Phil and Framework has been a great experience. He has refined our portfolio, fully rebuilt our website, and we are driving new digital campaigns. Couldn’t have done this without him.
